version 12.10 Needs update August 24, 2010 Craig Thompson (USA) For 99 cents its OK BUT with the upgrade to 2.5.3 Kindle software, some of the info is out of date. Sample first and see if the book's version number is > 12.10. If not, don't buy.
Kindle information on useful feaures July 23, 2010 Joseph A. White Jr. (Waldorf, MD) The book explains the free features for downloading free books. It is clearer than the book provded with Kindle. The Kindle provided book is good but it does not have the same emphases on FREE. It would be nice if the book could be printed out and not require printing 1 page at a time.
Get the best out of your Kindle! June 11, 2010 Helen Gaimari I paid almost $300 for my Kindle and I bought this book because I wanted to get the most out of my money. This book gives you information on how to do things like create a picture book, play built-in games, take screen-shots, view technical info and much, much more! I rated this a four star only because you can get most of these tips and shortcuts free off the web. This book just garrentees that they won't break your Kindle and that they actually work. If you don't want to pay the $0.99 for this book, at least try the sample. The sample alone gives you some really handy tips.
Out-of-date information April 25, 2010 Mrs. S. Laythorpe (UK) 2 out of 5 found this review helpful
I was disappointed with this book. The information it contained was either out of date, or could be obtained easily from other sources. Is it possible to get a refund?

A must have for the Kindle owner who is new to gadgets. Great deal of helpful information and nice to have on hand when something unexpected comes up.
